Privacy Notice

1. Identity and address of the data controller

Ride2tour, located at Las Palmas 21, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.

2. Personal data we collect

We only collect the data you give us so we can help you:

• Name.
• Contact phone number.
• Email address (optional).
• The trip details you choose to share: pickup, destination, date, time, number of passengers and notes.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, or financial or property data, through this website.

3. Primary purposes

We use your data only to:

• Respond to your quote or information request.
• Coordinate, confirm and provide the transfer service you book.
• Contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that service.

4. Secondary purposes

We do not process your data for secondary purposes. We do not send advertising, we do not build marketing profiles and we do not use your data for anything other than responding to your request and providing the service.

5. Transfers to third parties

We do not transfer or sell your personal data to third parties.

This website is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc., which, as a processor, technically handles requests to the server (including access logs). This is not a transfer under Article 36 of the LFPDPPP.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation takes place within the WhatsApp platform and is also governed by that app's privacy policies.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, or third-party analytics tools. That's why you won't see a cookie consent banner.

We only store the following technical data in your own browser:

• Your theme preference (light or dark), in local storage, so the site looks the way you left it.
• Your language (Spanish or English), in a technical cookie that is only created if you choose a language with the language switch. The site reads it to always show you the language you chose. It lasts one year.
• The parameters of the link you arrived from (for example, if you came from an ad), in local storage, only to know how you found us if you decide to contact us.

Until you choose a language, the site shows you one based on the approximate country you are visiting from (which Vercel infers from your IP address) and your browser's language. That information is used on the spot and is not stored.

You can delete this data at any time from your browser settings.

7. How to exercise your ARCO rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it when it is inaccurate, to cancel it when you consider it unnecessary, and to object to its processing.

Send your request to alberto@ride2tour.com.mx with your name, a way to contact you, a clear description of the data you are exercising the right over, and a document proving your identity. We will respond within 20 business days at most.

8. Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the same address, alberto@ride2tour.com.mx. Once you withdraw it, we will stop processing your data, except for what we must keep by law.

9. Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this same page, with the date at the top updated. We recommend checking it from time to time.
